rent is £350 per month inclusive of all bills (but not council tax- but if a student you wont have to pay this anyway- for professionals it is £50 per month). the bills include broadband and virgin tv; as well as a cleaner once a week to clean all of the communal areas.
please note we have got 2 dogs; they are both very friendly, they spend their time in an outside kennel when myself and partner are at work though so not to annoy/ hinder anyone.
