I have a large room available in a three bedroom house in the Westend (DD1 5QG), 10 minutes walk from the Dundee or Abertay University for a female non-smoking student. The room will be available from 1st August 2011.
You would share with me and another female student. We are both non-smokers. We will each have a separate bedroom. I am 24 year old medical student just completed my course.
The house is comfortable with all the facilities. There is wireless internet. Good bathroom with shower. Another separate shower room as well. The Kitchen is newly fitted and has washing machine, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer.
The rent is £310 INCLUSIVE OF ALL THE BILLS. Free local and national calls to landline (01 and 02 beginning numbers).
There is also parking available.
