Hi :) i am a second year law student looking for a flatmate to share a fully furnished flat on Highburgh Road. Cost is £300 per month for a 9 month lease. Must be non-smoker. Must also be a student for council tax purposes! Should be fun and sociable, tidy is a plus.
The flat is in a prime location, 5 minutes from Byres Road/University and with many local shops and pubs/bars. The flat is on the second floor of a quiet building with a secure entrance.
The flat has internet and phone facilities. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room/sitting room with all the mod-cons including a microwave and coffee maker. The flat also offers a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also large private gardens behind the building.
