We're three fun and easygoing Oxford students and we're looking for a female student (for gender balance) to share our house with next year (Jul 2010-Jul 2011). It's a 4-bedroom house and there's either a single room or a double room available, depending on your preference. Rent is £362/month excl utilities.
We have a shower, bath with loo, extra WC, kitchen with washing machine/4-slice toaster/large freezer & fridge/microwave, a back garden, sitting room with many sofas. The bedrooms all have shelves, a bookcase, amazing wooden wardrobes, chest of drawers, a bed, desk and swivel chair each. House is on St Mary's Road, just round the corner from the Tesco's in Cowley. It's a 5 min walk to the bus stop or cycle-ride to town.
