We are 2 ucl students looking for a 3rd flatmate (or a couple). Ensuite bedroom with king size double bed. Communal space: Living room(in the same room with the kitchen) and canal-view balcony (Picture). The nearest tube station is Camden Town Station.
Free residential gym for use all day long.
Bills not included.
Average bills (electric, water and internet) is around 60quid during winter.
Available mid July.
Students preferred since the council tax is already waived, but if you are willing to pay the council tax, feel free to contact us.
