Hi I live in a two bedroom flat but looking to rent out one of the rooms. My son lives with me part time - Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate weekends. He is 5 yrs old and I will use his bedroom when he is not staying although pretty much the time when my son isn't staying, I will be staying with my partner. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, small wardrobe and a wooden unit. Bills will be included so looking for £400 per month. I'm in a great location - a new development near the train station. The station is in walking distance as is the Leisure Park. Parking is available. There are several small supermarkets within walking distance. The flat is on the top floor and has a small balcony area. There are bike stores on site. Preference will be given to females.
