A furnished double bedroom is available in a spacious three bedroom semi-detatched house in Bulwell. The room is 12' x 10' and has a double bed, enourmous wardrobe, a shelving unit and large chest of six drawers. If that wasn't enough storage for you, there's also a drawer built in to the base of the bed.
£400 per month covers the rent, council tax, 20Mb broadband, Virgin TV (large pack), water, gas and electricity. There is a phone line installed, but any charges incurred are payable by whoever makes the calls. This cost is based on what it cost us to heat the house over last winter, so unless you crank up the heat, there won't be anything else to worry about bill wise.
I have recently accepted a position down in London and am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in the house. I will keep the box room and most of the space in the cellar to store my own stuff. You will be sharing the house with one other chap.
In the lounge we have two really comfortable leather recliners, a massive TV and a collection of DVDs that would put Blockbusters to shame (1000+). Bulwell tram stop / BR station is less than a 10 minute walk away, meaning you can be in the center of Nottingham within half an hour of leaving the house.
Locally there is a Co-Op just at the end of the street while Bulwell town has banks, bakers, butchers and supermarkets all 10 - 15 minutes walk away. If you don't fancy walking, public car parks in Bulwell are free of charge, all day every day.
While there is no driveway, there is on road permit free parking in the roads around the house. There is a small enclosed garden and patio area to the rear, with access to the road through a gated passage.
