We have a spare ground floor double room in a 6 bedroom house in Broomhill, 52 Beech Hill Road (please see link for photos and location)

The contract starts on the 1st July and is £70 a week. The house is spacious with 2 bathrooms, a living room and a large kitchen/dining room with a washing machine and dishwasher. All 6 bedrooms are double rooms and really nicely furnished (again see photos on link) There is also a back garden/.BBQ area.

There will be 5 3rd year students living there, 1 Pyschology, 1 Biology, 2 Sociology and 1 Social Policy and Economics, though a student from any faculty would be welcome! We are 5 minutes walk from the union and close to all the Broomhill shops.
