There is a double room available to rent until August 9th when the tenancy will be up for renewal. The room is in a 9 bedroom house, with a garden, the house mates are all very friendly. I am looking for a female, preferably a student.
The house is in a very good location, about 20 minutes walk to town and 30 minutes walk to the sea front. It is next to a newsagents, and is within a 10 minute walk to banks, take away shops, more newsagents, a post office, pubs and close to the university.
