Room available in Bordesley Green which is a 15 minute walk to Aston. The house currently has 5 boys living in it, all of whom are entering their 2nd year. I'm dropping out, and so looking for a 6th person (both male and female welcome). The room is £50 a week + bills of about £7/8 a week. Car parking space is available. Contract is available immediately and runs until July 2011. However if you wish to only take the house on for a shorter period, then that is also a possibility. The boys are all friendly and easy to get along with. Viewing available immediately if you wish and taking up of the room is also immediate if you wish. In your room you'd get a bed, and wardrobe amongst some other things. I hope to add further pictures of the room itself shortly .. until then I only have a picture of what the hsuoe looks like on the outside.
