The room is right next to bathroom which is shared with one other housemate only. power shower over bath and two sinks. Kitchen includes all untensils and cutlery and has washing machiene/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Lounge has 2 three seatre black leather sofas table and chairs and flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player. Garden is large and gravelled small pond and shed
